Pastor Jeff has begun his ministry with FUMC in September 2019. We welcome he and his wife Dorthy to our community of faith. Pastor Jeff is energetic and positive and has had much experience in ministry especially children and youth.
Pastor Jeff is very outgoing, friendly, easy to talk to and full of the Spirit! His sermons (both children’s and adult) are thoughtful, engaging and motivating.
In his free time he enjoys going “up north” with his wife to enjoy their cottage.
Emilee’s ministry is to help create a safe, friendly, and welcoming church home for families. She wants to allow children, youth and families to feel Jesus with them in their hearts, inspire them to share His love with others & be a Servant to God. Emilee loves to volunteer in her daughter’s classrooms at Lincoln Elementary. She enjoys watching football, cooking, reading and spending time with family & friends. Emilee is married to Dan and they have three daughters, Adeline, Norah & Clare.
Guy has gladly accepted the position as Youth Coordinator as of September 2019! Guy has worked with youth for many years both on Mission Trips, Sunday School and Youth Group. Guy comes with fresh ideas and a positive outlook about youth and youth programming. Guy works by day at ATT and lives in Hartford with his wife Caryla.
Robin has been working at FUMC since 2007. Although her job is Administrative Assistant, she majored in music at UW-Stevens Point and both directs the Good News Singers here at church and teaches private piano lessons. Her passions include music, especially church music, and assisting in ministries that help those on the margins of society. She is married to Joe and they have four children, four grandchildren and two dogs.
Connie lives in Hartford and has been a member of FUMC for several years. Connie is retired but enjoys “keeping her fingers” in many activities and positions in the life of the church. In addition to being the treasurer of FUMC, she job shares as an Administrative Assistant at FUMC and is in the office on Thursdays.
Connie enjoys her time at her cabin in northern Wisconsin that she shares with family.
Ken studied music at the Maritime Conservatory of Music in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After moving to the United States he joined the U.S. Navy and sang with the Blue Jackets Choir. Ken was the Organist/Choir Director at Mount Tabor UCC in Milwaukee for 32 years before coming to FUMC in 1995. He is married to Maxine and they have four children and twelve grandchildren. Ken stays active as an accompanist for the Hartford Community Chorus and for HUHS solo/ensemble students.
Stephanie graduated from UW-Madison where she studied choral conducting, piano and voice. Her teaching career spans 22 years including K-12 and Director of Choirs at UW-Platteville. Stephanie also directs the Hartford Community Chorus and teaches private piano and voice lessons. She is married to fellow UW alumnus Bob and they have two sons, Bobby(12) and Max(8) and a black lab Toby.
